Verzasca Dam, Switzerland – 720 feet (220 m)

The Verzasca Dam is designated the world’s largest off-ground bungee jump.

Featured on Jack Osbornes Adrenaline Junkie, it is a daring leap that not all particpants dared complete.

This bungee was also featured in the opening sequence of the Bond movie Goldeneye. The Verzasca dam offers a pure freefall swinging bungee from a single cord, similar to the one that swings you down from the Bloukrans Bridge.

Word is that this jump is made without guide ropes, but jump masters are there to ensure you’re safe as you hurtle towards the base of this colossal concrete structure.
